sales and marketing reporting

Sales and marketing reporting that shows what you spent, what came back and what works

We build reports for your company that join Google, Meta, Snapchat and TikTok ads, GA4, Search Console and your real sales into one dashboard and a monthly report: number of enquiries, cost per enquiry, source and what deserves more budget. We start with a 20-minute call, review what you need, then send a written quote.

Figures scattered across places do not answer your question

Ad platforms, website analytics and sales records count different stages. Comparing their figures without defining each metric can obscure whether enquiries led to paid business.

A good report links spend to enquiry and then to sale, on a page you read in five minutes.

What we measure

From ad to enquiry

Clicks and the enquiries they produced, cost per enquiry, and the conversion rate from visitor to enquiry, per campaign, ad and search term. This part depends on tracking being set up first: see conversion tracking setup.

From enquiry to sale

Not every enquiry is a sale. When an enquiry enters your CRM and closes as a deal, the report can link recorded paid deals to a source where the CRM and tracking data support that link, which an enquiry count cannot show. The decision changes: an ad with a higher cost per enquiry can pay better because its customers buy more.

The online store

Average order value, cart abandonment, return on ad spend (ROAS), and best-selling products per channel.

Search visibility

Page rankings and clicks from Google, which queries bring visitors, and which pages need work, from Search Console. See SEO services.

Social media and Google Business Profile

Reach and engagement, calls and directions from the profile. See social media management and Google Business Profile.

The data sources we connect

Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, your store platform (Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce) and your CRM or Odoo if you have one. What is available depends on access rights and tracking quality.

What we deliver

A live dashboard

A Looker Studio dashboard you can open anytime, which updates from the sources and filters by period, campaign and platform. It shortens the weekly meeting with your team.

The monthly report

A short document with the key figures and their meaning in plain language: what worked, what did not and why, and what we suggest for next month. Numbers without explanation do not help.

A sales report

For those with a sales system: open and closed deals, close rate, average deal time and each rep’s performance.

What changes a decision

  • One campaign costs half as much per enquiry as another of the same quality, so we move budget to it.
  • Search terms bring clicks and no enquiries, so we exclude them.
  • A customer source that shows up in organic search or WhatsApp, not in the ads.
  • A page that loses visitors before purchase, so we review it. See improving store pages.
  • Hours when your team replies late to enquiries.

How we read the report with you

After the first report we sit with you briefly and read the numbers together. We begin with one question: what do you want to know? Then we show the figure that answers it and explain why it moved. If cost per enquiry rose, we look for the cause: a tired ad, a season when competition crowded in, or a page that broke. Then we suggest one or two steps for next month, not a long list that gets lost among tasks.

What a report cannot measure

Some decisions come from experience, not figures: a strong brand name, or a customer who hears about you from a friend and then searches for you directly. This shows in the report as “direct visit” or “brand search” and cannot be tied to an ad with precision. We tell you the limits of each number so you do not build a decision bigger than it can bear.

Project steps

  1. A call. What decisions you want to make with numbers and who reads the report.
  2. A written quote that sets the scope and timeline.
  3. A review of data sources. Is tracking right? We fix it first.
  4. Build the dashboard and test it with you on real data.
  5. The first monthly report and a session to explain it.
  6. Refinement. We add metrics and sources as your needs change.

What we need from you

Read access to your ad accounts, analytics and Search Console, an understanding of how you record sales, and the outcome you want measured: an enquiry, a booking or a purchase.

What you receive

A dashboard, a monthly written report in plain language, a definition of each metric and how it is calculated, and a short session on reading the dashboard.

Packages and the written quote

We review what you need, then send a written quote that sets the scope, timeline and deliverables. The written quote fixes the scope and the timeline, and we start after you approve it. If we run your ads, reporting is part of paid ads management.

Frequently asked questions

Each tool counts differently: one counts clicks, the other sessions, and some browsers block tracking. We explain the source of each gap and pick one reference number for decisions.

Yes, through the live dashboard, in addition to the written monthly report.

Yes, if they are recorded. We link the enquiry source to your sales system or use a simple form your team fills. What is not recorded cannot be measured.

We ask for read-only access where that is enough, use company accounts and never personal ones, and you can withdraw access at any time.

No. Reports work from ads and the website alone, but linking sales makes them more accurate for budget decisions.

Know where your budget goes and what it returns

Send the ad accounts you use and how you record sales, and we reply with a written quote that sets the scope and timeline.
