graphic design services

Graphic design services for companies, with one identity recognisable at a glance

We design your company’s graphic material: social posts and stories, banners and ads, flyers and brochures, business cards and print, in your identity with its colours and fonts. We deliver files ready to publish or print, plus open files. We start with a 20-minute call, review what you need, then send a written quote.

What your business loses with uneven design

A post in one font and palette, a flyer in another, a proposal sent to a client in a third. A customer passes your brand without recognising it, so trust never builds up. And every time you need a design you look for a new designer who starts from zero and asks for the logo and colours.

Good design makes everything you send out look related, and gives you files you can edit yourself or hand to any designer after us.

What we design

Social media

Static and animated posts, stories, covers, profile pictures and fixed templates you keep and only change the text of. Sizes follow the platform: square, portrait, story and cover. See social media management if you want us to plan and publish too.

Ads

Banners for Google, Meta, Snapchat and TikTok ads in the sizes each platform asks for, with variants to test which design brings more clicks.

Print

Flyers, brochures, stickers, leaflets, business cards, menus, signage, exhibition banners and roll-ups. We prepare them in real print dimensions.

Office stationery

A letterhead, invoice, quote layout, stamp, envelope and invitation card, in a neat fillable template.

Reports and infographics

Turning figures and steps into a drawing understood in seconds. For longer decks see presentation design.

Material for your trade

A clinic needs an appointments board and a patient card. A restaurant needs a menu and dish photos. A showroom needs price lists laid out with only the figures you supply. A store needs offer cards. We start with what serves your trade first.

Common sizes we know

  • An Instagram post square or portrait, a story or reel at 9:16, a wide Facebook cover, and a round profile picture cropped from a square.
  • Ad banners in sizes that differ between Google and Meta, some shown on mobile only.
  • A5 flyers, tri-fold brochures and business cards at the standard size, and menus at your restaurant’s size.
  • Roll-ups and exhibition banners with tall proportions that need high-resolution images.

You do not need to memorise these. Tell us where the design will appear and we choose the size and resolution, and warn you if your pictures are too small to print large.

What we need from you in the request

The final text, because a design changes if the copy grows or shrinks. Your logo as a clear file, your colours and fonts if you have them, product or team photos, the date of use, and examples of designs you like and ones you do not. For print, say how many copies and where you plan to print. The more complete the request, the fewer the revision rounds.

Your identity is the base

Design starts with what you have. If you already have a visual identity (logo, colours, fonts), we follow it exactly. If not, we suggest designing the identity first, since every later piece builds on it. See brand identity design and the identity files you receive. For QEM Holding we began with fifty logo concepts and ended with one logo and stationery, then built the platform on it. Read the story.

How a design request runs

  1. The request. You write what you want in a short message: the text, the size, where it will appear, the date, and examples you like.
  2. A written quote that sets the scope and timeline for larger projects, or a bundled quote for a batch of pieces as agreed.
  3. A first draft. You see the design as a preview.
  4. Revision. You write your notes and we revise. The number of revision rounds is written in the quote.
  5. Approval and delivery. Files ready in the formats you need.

The files you receive

  • For the web: PNG and JPG at the right size for each platform.
  • For print: a PDF at print dimensions with bleed and CMYK colours, with fonts converted to outlines so nothing shifts at the printer.
  • Open files: the original design files (such as Figma, Illustrator or Photoshop, depending on the tool) so you or another designer can edit.
  • Fonts and colours: a list of the fonts used and the colour codes.

We tell you in advance if a font needs a licence.

Printing

We hand over printer-ready files and tell you the specifications to ask for: paper type, varnish coverage and finishing. You can print at the printer you prefer. Printing itself and its cost are between you and the printer.

Packages and the written quote

We review what you need, then send a written quote that sets the scope, timeline and deliverables. The written quote fixes the scope and the timeline, and we start after you approve it. For identity, our package covers a logo, colours, a company profile and social templates in 10 days.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Open files come with the finished ones, as long as the fonts and images in them are licensed for your use. The terms go into the quote.

The number of rounds is written in the quote. We prefer one focused round that gathers all your notes over many small ones.

Yes. You request the piece you need and we write a quote for it. A package suits those who need designs every month.

Yes, with readable Arabic fonts that sit well beside the Latin ones, and correct text direction.

We suggest starting with the identity so every later piece fits. A single simple piece can come first if your time is tight.
