Website and service page content writing in Arabic and English
Website and service page content writing explains your actual offer in clear language for customers. We draft pages in Arabic or English and check the facts with you before publication.
Website and service page content writing: what the service covers
A service page of one generic paragraph could belong to any company in any country. The visitor reads “we provide distinguished solutions” and cannot tell what the solution is, how long it takes or what they receive. They go back to Google. And Google itself finds nothing on the page to answer the searcher’s question, so it shows someone else.
Good copy answers buying questions in order: what do you offer, for whom, how do you work, how long does it take, what do I receive, why should I trust you, how do I start.
What we write
Service pages
One page per service that opens with a direct answer of forty to sixty words, then what the work includes, who it suits, the steps, the FAQs and a clear enquiry button. This is the structure of the pages on this site.
Product and category copy
Descriptions that answer the buyer's questions: material, size, use, what is in the box, instead of phrases repeated on every product. Category pages get an introduction that helps both visitor and search.
Articles
Articles that answer a real question your customers search for, such as what decides the cost of a company website, with enough depth to help the reader before they buy from you.
Company pages
About, shipping, returns and privacy policies, and FAQ pages. These are the first things a hesitant visitor reads.
Ad copy and landing pages
Short headlines and text that match the ad’s message. See landing pages.
How we write so your customers can find the page
We research your customer's language
Before writing we ask: what does your customer search for? They may say "build a Salla store" or "how much for a website", not our terms. We check Google's suggestions and related questions, competitors' results and Search Console reports if available, and set one main keyword and a few supporting ones for each page, used naturally and never stuffed.
We match the searcher's intent
Someone searching "price" or "examples" wants a service page, and someone searching "difference between" wants an article. We write the page type the searcher expects.
Title and description
Every page gets a search title of 60 characters or fewer and a description of 140 to 155 characters, carrying the main keyword and inviting a click.
A structure Google and AI tools can read
Clear sub-headings, short direct answers under questions, and lists where they help. That makes it easier for Google and AI answer engines to quote what you write. See AI answer visibility and SEO services.
Internal links
We link each page to related pages with descriptive anchor text, so visitors move around and Google understands how your site is built.
An example: a generic paragraph against one that answers
This is an illustration for a CCTV installer, not a client’s text. Generic: “We offer the best surveillance solutions with high quality and long experience.” It says nothing that can be checked. Answering: “We install CCTV cameras for shops, offices and villas, starting with a site visit to decide how many cameras you need and where. After installation you watch recordings from your phone, and we show you how to recover footage.” Every sentence carries a fact the visitor wants. We write yours the same way after confirming each fact with you, so we do not write “free” until you confirm it is.
Language
Arabic in simple Modern Standard Arabic that a reader in Cairo, Riyadh, Baghdad or Doha understands, in short sentences with Arabic rhythm, not a word-for-word translation from English. English written fresh from the same facts in plain business English, not a translation of the Arabic. Each language page has its own address.
Truth before eloquence
We do not invent numbers, clients or testimonials. We write what you can prove: your actual services, page counts, founding year and the work you are allowed to mention. What we do not know we ask you, or we leave a clear marker and complete it once you confirm. That also protects you from promises you cannot keep.
Approval and review
The pages reach you in a document or on a staging link inside the site. You check facts, names and timelines, and ask for tone changes. The number of revision rounds is written into the agreed quote.
Project steps
- A call. Your business, your customers and what sets you apart.
- A written quote that sets the scope and timeline.
- Keyword research and a page map. Which page carries which keyword.
- Write the first two pages and approve their tone.
- Write the rest, then check facts with you.
- Delivery, published on the site or as files.
What we need from you
A description of your services and usual customers, the questions that keep coming up, what sets you apart in facts that can be checked, your current site and any older material, and one person who approves the copy.
Packages and the written quote
We review what you need, then send a written quote that sets the scope, timeline and deliverables. The written quote fixes the scope and the timeline, and we start after you approve it. For recurring monthly articles, see the monthly SEO package under SEO services.
Frequently asked questions
We may use tools for research and organising, but a person checks every text against the facts before delivery, and we hand over no unreviewed machine draft. An unreviewed machine draft is the fastest road to generic copy that helps nobody.
Service pages first, because they bring the enquiry. Articles build trust and catch searchers at an early stage, and they come after.
As many as it takes to answer the buying questions. A service page usually runs 900 to 1,400 words and a product page is shorter.
Nobody can. We write pages that deserve to appear and follow search practice, and ranking depends on many other factors.
We rewrite instead of translating word for word, because persuasion works differently in each language.
