AI search visibility optimisation
AI search visibility for businesses through useful, clear information
AI search visibility for businesses depends on clear, consistent information that answer tools can interpret. We review service pages, structured data and company details without promising placement in AI answers.
AI search visibility for businesses: what the service covers
A customer used to type into Google and open five results. Many now ask “who is the best store design company in Saudi Arabia?” or “how long does an Odoo setup take?” in ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity, or read a summary Google places above the results, and receive a ready answer with one or two sources.
If your pages are not written to be quoted, or the tool cannot find your name, address and services clear and consistent, it may name a competitor, state something wrong about you, or leave you out.
What we can do and what we cannot
These tools do not run on published rules the way classic search engines partly do, and they change fast. So we state the limits of the service:
- We can make your site clear, indexed and trustworthy, answer in your pages the questions your customers ask, make your details consistent across the web, and measure what happens.
- We cannot promise that a given tool mentions you in a given answer, or control what the models say. Anyone who promises that is promising what they do not own.
What we work on
1. Direct answers in your pages
Under each sub-heading, a sentence or short paragraph that answers one question: what is the service, for whom, how long, how do I start. These are the easiest passages for tools to quote. Every service page of ours opens with a direct answer of forty to sixty words, followed by real FAQs. See website content writing.
2. Structured data (Schema)
We add JSON-LD markup describing your company (Organization), services (Service), FAQs (FAQPage), articles and breadcrumbs. This helps Google and Bing read the page precisely, and some tools use it for understanding. We check it with testing tools.
3. Indexing in Google and Bing
Some answer tools rely on Bing's index, and Google's summaries on Google's. We make sure Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are set up, the sitemap is right, and important pages are not blocked by mistake.
4. Allowing the right crawlers
We review robots.txt and security settings, so your site does not block the crawlers of answer tools you want to appear in, and we leave you the decision about what to block if you do not want your content used to train models. That is your business decision, and we explain the options.
5. Consistent naming and details
Your company name, address, phone and services written the same way on your site, Google Business Profile, social accounts and directories. Mismatches confuse the tools. See Google Business Profile management.
6. An about page and real evidence
Tools and people trust what can be verified: founding year, address, working hours, work published with its owners' permission, the team. We invent none of it. Where something is missing, the page says nothing or says something honest in its place.
7. Speed and sound structure
A slow or broken site is not read well by crawlers. We review speed, links and headings. See website speed optimisation and SEO services.
How we measure without made-up numbers
No official dashboard says how many times ChatGPT mentioned you. So we rely on scattered evidence and report it plainly:
- A fixed question test each month: a set of questions your customers ask, which we put to each tool, recording whether your company was named, whether the information was right, and which sources it cited. This is manual and varies from run to run, so we log it and build no promises on it.
- Referral visits in GA4 from those tools’ sites, if any.
- Search Console for Google clicks and page impressions.
- Errors of fact. If a tool states something wrong about you, we log it and fix its source in your pages where we can.
Our article search and AI answer visibility: what we measure has the detail. Test results appear in your monthly report.
Project steps
- A call. Your business, your customers’ questions and the tools they use.
- A written quote that sets the scope and timeline.
- An audit. Indexing, structured data, robots, content, naming and published evidence.
- A baseline test of a fixed set of questions, so we know the starting point.
- Implementation. Page, markup and settings changes.
- Monthly measurement and an honest report of what changed and what did not.
What we need from you
Access to the site and Search Console, a list of the questions your customers ask, your correct company details, and your decision on AI crawlers.
What you receive
An audit report of what blocks or weakens quoting, implemented changes, correct structured data, consistent naming, a set of test questions and a monthly report.
Packages and the written quote
We review what you need, then send a written quote that sets the scope, timeline and deliverables. The written quote fixes the scope and the timeline, and we start after you approve it.
Frequently asked questions
No. Nobody can. We improve your site's clarity, indexing and trustworthiness, which raise the chance that you are understood and quoted, then we measure and tell you plainly what happens.
It overlaps a great deal, since indexing, good content and speed underpin both. This work adds direct answers, structured data, consistent details and tracking of what the tools say. See SEO services.
It is a proposed file for describing a site to models, and as far as is publicly stated it is not a standard the major tools rely on today. We may add it since it does no harm, but we build no promises on it.
Blocking model-training crawlers does not stop you appearing in regular Google results. We explain the crawler types and your options, then you decide.
It cannot be fixed in advance. Technical changes reach the index in days or weeks, and the tools' answers change at their own pace. We promise no date.
Make your company understood by those who ask AI about it
Send your website address and your customers’ main questions, and we reply with a written quote that sets the scope and timeline.
