Shopify store design for mobile shopping in Arabic

Shopify store design can organise an Arabic storefront, product variants and checkout settings for your catalogue. Payment, shipping, training and other launch tasks are defined in the written scope.

Shopify store design: what the service covers

For OOYAA we built a Shopify store selling bags, wallets and belts: 51 active products and 261 colour and size options, in Arabic and designed mobile-first. Each colour is linked to its own photo, so a shopper who picks black sees the black bag. Customers pay on delivery.

That kind of detail is the difference between a store that holds your products and one that sells them.

Why merchants choose Shopify

  • Customisable themes built with Liquid, so sections and pages follow your brand, not only the theme’s defaults.
  • The app store adds reviews, search, subscriptions, invoices and stock connections. You choose what you need so extra apps do not weigh the page down.
  • Product options: colour, size and material, each combination with its own price, stock level and photo.
  • One dashboard for products, orders, customers, reports and discounts.
  • Multiple currencies, languages and markets when you decide to sell beyond your own country.
  • Sales channels: the store, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok from one catalogue, depending on what each channel offers in your country.

What you receive in two to three weeks

  • An Arabic right-to-left theme with fonts that read well on a phone.
  • A design for the home page, collection, product page, cart and checkout on your identity, which you approve before development.
  • Products loaded with descriptions, photos, options and stock from a file you prepare.
  • Payment and shipping connected, with a complete test order. See payment and shipping integration.
  • About, shipping, returns and contact pages.
  • Measurement: GA4 and Meta, Snapchat and TikTok pixels, so you can see which ad brought the order. See conversion tracking.
  • Training videos showing your team how to add a product, process orders and handle returns.

The clock starts once we have your products, photos and payment and shipping decisions. Late content delays delivery.

Payment and shipping in your country

Shopify’s payment options differ from country to country, and some local gateways work through apps. We check what is available to your account, activate the card, cash-on-delivery or instalment methods you need, and connect carriers to cities and rates. Then we place a real test order through to the shipping label.

Design that favours completed orders

  • Large, simple photos with the buy button visible without scrolling.
  • Size, delivery and returns beside the product, not on a page far away.
  • A fast cart and few payment fields.
  • Load speed tested on an average phone before handover.

After launch, we work on store page optimisation and on store advertising through paid ads.

How we work

  1. A 20-minute call. Products, markets and options.
  2. A written quote. It sets the scope, timeline and deliverables.
  3. A design you approve on mobile and desktop before development.
  4. Build and test. You try the store on a staging link and place a full order.
  5. Launch and handover. Domain connected after your approval, plus a handover file and training videos.

Who this suits

  • A brand selling products in several colours and sizes.
  • A merchant who wants to sell in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and elsewhere from one store.
  • A store on another platform that wants to move to Shopify.
  • Anyone who wants a store that grows with apps and connections to stock and accounting systems.

Is Shopify the right fit?

If your main market is Saudi Arabia and you prefer ready-made local payment and shipping, look at Salla and Zid. The three-platform guide sets out the comparison. On the call we will recommend one after we understand your product.

The written quote

The written quote fixes scope and schedule for your store: product and option count, design, payment and shipping, and training.
