corporate video production
Corporate video production to explain your services or business
Corporate video production can introduce a company, explain a service or present a product through planned filming and editing. On-site filming is available in Egypt; remote editing can be agreed for suitable projects.
Corporate video production: what the service covers
Many customers watch before they read. A two-minute video tells your visitor who you are, what you do and how you work faster than three pages. It shows the team and the place, which builds trust that text cannot. In ads, short video often beats a still image at catching attention, and it works on every platform.
But a video that drags on with no idea, or comes with weak sound and poor lighting, harms your company’s image more than it helps.
What we produce
The company introduction film
One to three minutes: who you are, what you offer, to whom, how you work and who trusts you. It sits on the home page, goes out with proposals and plays at exhibitions.
A service or product video
Shorter and more specific: one service explained, or a product shown in use, for a service page or an ad.
Short social videos
Reels, TikToks and Snap stories of 15 to 60 seconds, vertical, with on-screen text and subtitles so they work without sound. One shoot can yield several clips if planned for. See social media management.
Customer stories
A satisfied customer in their own words, with their written consent. We never write a script for a customer or stage a fake testimonial.
Behind the scenes and the team
Clips from your factory, workshop or office that introduce the people behind the service.
Training and how-to videos
Guides for customers or staff, product operation, and training on a system. We also deliver these in systems projects.
Animation
When an idea is hard to film, such as a digital service or software, animation serves better. See motion graphics.
How we make a video
1. Idea and script
We ask: who watches, where, and what do we want them to do afterwards? Then we write an idea, a script and a simple storyboard for your approval. The script covers what is said, what is seen and the length of each scene. In Arabic we write in plain Modern Standard or in a neutral spoken style, depending on your audience.
2. Preparation
Locations, permits, dates, the people or team who will appear, wardrobe and props. We propose a shoot-day schedule and check the place is ready.
3. The shoot
A suitable camera, lenses, lighting and microphones, and a small crew.
4. Editing
Ordering the shots, cutting rhythm, colour correction, sound clean-up, and adding music, titles and your logo. We cut a landscape version, a vertical one and a square one from the same material when needed.
5. Voice and subtitles
A voice-over in Arabic or English where needed, and on-screen subtitles in Arabic and English. People often watch in a silent meeting, so the video should make sense without sound.
6. Review and delivery
You watch the first cut and write your notes, we revise, then deliver in the formats you need: a high-quality file for the site and meetings, compressed copies for social, and a text-free version for reuse.
Shooting in Egypt, editing remotely
On-site sessions happen in Egypt. If your company is in another country, shooting there is arranged separately. Editing, motion and subtitles are done remotely, so you can send footage that you or a local team filmed and we work on it.
An example: a day of filming for an introduction video
This is an illustration of how a day can run, not a client story. We arrive in the morning and set up lighting and sound. We start with a short interview of the owner answering three agreed questions. Then we film the team at work, the front of the premises, an order being handed over, and cover shots of products or equipment. In the afternoon we film short vertical clips with the same people for social. That leaves you with enough material for an introduction film and several reels from one session.
How to prepare for a shoot
- A clean, tidy place: an office, factory or showroom.
- People on camera. Pick those who are comfortable in front of it, and remind them about suitable clothes.
- The work or products that appear, ready.
- Permits. Some places need permission to film.
- Identity. Your logo file and colours for titles and the end card.
Where the video lives
On the home page and service pages (website design), in ads (paid ads), on social, alongside your profile (company profile), and at exhibitions. For each place we prepare the right ratio and length.
Packages and the written quote
We review what you need, then send a written quote that sets the scope, timeline and deliverables. The written quote fixes the scope and the timeline, and we start after you approve it. For still images of products see product photography.
Frequently asked questions
Usually between one and three minutes. Shorter is better as long as it answers the viewer's questions, and we cut shorter versions for social from the same footage.
