GTP factory system: from quote to delivery
PROIDEA Egypt built a factory system for Ghuniem Textile Printing: one flow from quote to delivery, QR documents, a mobile app and the AI assistant Haidi.
About the client
Ghuniem Textile Printing (GTP) is a sublimation printing factory. PROIDEA Egypt built a system that follows each order from the first quote to delivery.

The challenge
The factory system covers the order flow across sales, design, materials, warehouse, printing, quality, collection and delivery. This flow needs permissions and approvals between departments so each user can follow the stages relevant to their work.
What we built
We built the factory system on Perfex CRM and added a production module that covers every stage of an order. The system includes:
- Approvals and permissions that decide who signs off each handover and who sees what.
- Entry and exit documents that staff can scan with a QR code.
- A Flutter mobile app.
- An AI assistant named Haidi.
How the work flowed
Inside the system, every order moves through these stages in order:
- Quote
- Design
- Sample
- Material
- Warehouse
- Printing
- Quality
- Collection
- Delivery
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
It covers nine stages: quote, design, sample, material, warehouse, printing, quality, collection and delivery.
It runs on Perfex CRM with a production module, plus a Flutter mobile app. A similar system can run on Odoo, depending on the size of the factory.
Yes. We map the real stages of your factory, such as cutting and sewing or mixing and filling, then define who approves each handover. To start, send an inquiry.
