Company profile design to explain your services and experience

Company profile design presents your company, services, experience and contact details in a format suited to sharing or print. Arabic and English versions can be scoped for the same project.

Company profile design: what the service covers

A client, a supplier or a tender body asks for “an introduction to your company”, and you send a photo of an old quote or a link to the website. A good profile removes that moment: one organised document that goes out after the first call, stays behind after the meeting and is attached to quotes and tenders.

You need it most if you sell to companies, apply for tenders, attend exhibitions, deal with customers abroad who will never visit your office, or offer a service that is hard to explain in two lines.

What the profile contains

The usual structure

- Cover. Your name, logo and a short descriptor.
- About us. What you do, for whom, since when and where you work from.
- Services or products. A page per main service with a plain description of what the client receives.
- How we work. Steps showing how a client starts with you and what happens next.
- Work and clients. Chosen projects and clients who agreed to be named, with pictures.
- Team and offices if you want them.
- Contact. Addresses, phones, website and WhatsApp.

We adjust this to your trade. A contractor's profile differs from a clinic's, a software house's or a factory's. Each section should answer a question the reader asks, not fill pages.

Writing

We write from your facts: founding year, real services and the work you may mention. We invent no achievements and no numbers. What you do not have yet, we leave out or replace with an honest sentence. For business-to-business selling we stress what the institutional buyer cares about: delivery commitments, payment approach and track record. See website content writing.

Two languages

An Arabic version in simple Modern Standard Arabic and an English version written fresh, not a literal translation, set out as mirror layouts: Arabic from the right, English from the left. Each reads with the rhythm of its language.

Design

A design carrying your identity: your colours, fonts, icons and photos. If you have no identity we suggest designing it first. We also design for reading on a phone, since most people will open the file on one, and arrange pages so text does not need zooming.

Images

Pictures of your work, team and office. If good photos are missing we shoot them or process what you have. See photo and video and corporate video.

Delivery formats

  • A light PDF for sending. A size fit for email and WhatsApp, with tappable links (website, WhatsApp, email).
  • A print PDF. At print dimensions with bleed and CMYK colours, to give your printer.
  • Open files. So you or another designer can edit later, as long as the fonts and images are licensed.
  • A presentation edition that can become slides: see presentation design.

Profile, website or presentation

A website serves people who search for you online and keeps changing. A profile is a fixed document that is sent, printed and stays as it is. A presentation is shown in a meeting and explains a project or idea. Many companies need all three in the same identity. The graphic design page covers the rest of the material.

An example: QEM Holding

For QEM Holding we began with an identity: fifty logo concepts, then a final logo and stationery, then a platform in Arabic and English. We follow the same order with a profile: identity first, then the material built on it. Read the story.

Project steps

  1. A call. Who the profile is for, when you need it and what it must say.
  2. A written quote that sets the scope and timeline.
  3. Collect material. Company details, photos and work, with a list of what we lack.
  4. Content. We write the copy and the page structure, and you approve them.
  5. Design. You see selected pages in the design before we finish the rest.
  6. Delivery. Files in the agreed formats, one edition per language.

What we need from you

Your logo and identity, a summary of the company in your own words, a list of services, chosen work with photos, a list of clients who allow their names to be used, accurate contact details and one person to approve the facts.

Packages and the written quote

We review what you need, then send a written quote that sets the scope, timeline and deliverables. The written quote fixes the scope and the timeline, and we start after you approve it. Our logo and identity package, which takes 10 days, includes a company profile among its deliverables.

Frequently asked questions

As many as it takes to answer your reader's questions, and a short profile usually beats a long one. The page count is set in the quote according to your trade.

Either works. If you send text we review and edit it, and if you have none we write it from your information.

Yes if you ask for it, written fresh and not translated word for word. One edition is delivered per language.

Yes through the open file, or you can ask us for an update when you add a project or service.

We deliver an edition built to print specifications. The final print quality depends on the printer and the paper you choose.

Send your client a file that introduces you in minutes

Send your business and the material you have, and we reply with a written quote that sets the scope and timeline.
