Website project process

Five steps that begin with a 20-minute call and end with a site on your domain and a team that knows how to run it.

Direct answer

A company website at PROIDEA Egypt goes through five steps: a 20-minute call, a written quote that sets the scope and timeline, design approval before code, testing on a staging link, then a move to your domain with handover and training.

  1. A 20-minute call: we understand your business

You tell us what you sell, to whom, and what the website must do: take quote requests, sell products or introduce your company. We ask about pages, languages, content, photos and your current site if you have one.

  1. A written quote that sets scope and timeline

We review what you need, then send a written quote that sets what you receive and how long it takes. You read it calmly, ask what you need to, then approve. The written quote is the reference that fixes the project’s scope and schedule.

Payment terms: 50% at the start and 50% before go-live. For Iraq, Libya and Syria, the full amount is paid upfront by official transfer.

  1. A design you approve before code

We show you the pages as they will appear on desktop and mobile. You change the layout, colours and wording now, while changes are easy. We write no code before you approve.

  1. Build and test on a private link

We build the site and put it on a staging link. Open the pages, try the forms and the WhatsApp button, and look at the site on your customers’ devices. The testing is in your hands, and your notes are fixed before the move. The website acceptance checklist helps you miss nothing.

  1. Move and handover

After your approval we move the site to your domain, connect Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster, analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and hand over a PDF file and training videos for your team, along with the support named in the quote.

What speeds up a website project?

  • Business information and photos ready before we start. Late content is the first cause of a late site.
  • One person to gather feedback from decision-makers and send it once.
  • Quick replies on approvals. Every step waits for your sign-off.
  • A description of systems and apps. If you are asking for a system or an app, explain the current steps and who will use it.

What happens if requirements change?

Tell us. We explain the effect of the change on schedule and scope before carrying it out, so there is no surprise later. Changes to a design are cheaper and quicker before development, which is why we approve it first.
