automation and AI

Automation that takes repeat work off your team and leaves them the decisions

WhatsApp replies, bookings, reminders, an AI assistant and links between your departments. Everything that repeats daily runs without anyone touching it.

Direct answer

We automate repeat work in three directions: a WhatsApp bot that replies, books and reminds; an AI assistant that answers from your approved company information; and links between departments and systems so data moves without retyping. We start with a 20-minute call, then send a written quote that sets the scope and timeline.

Where your team's time goes

A receptionist answers the appointment question fifty times a day. An accountant copies store orders into the accounting program by hand. A rep pastes a customer’s details from a WhatsApp message into a spreadsheet. A machine can do all of this with more accuracy, which frees people for what a machine cannot do: negotiating, caring for the customer and deciding.

Three services

A bot on the WhatsApp Business API that answers fixed questions, shows free slots and confirms a booking, sends a reminder ahead of it, and hands a hard case to staff. An example: a clinic that receives hundreds of messages.

It answers in free text from sources you approve: services, policies and frequent questions. We set it to pass the chat to a person when those sources have no answer. We built an assistant called Haidi inside the GTP factory system.

An order arrives from the store, is created in the warehouse, invoiced and passed to shipping. A customer fills in a website form and lands in the CRM, assigned to a rep. We connect what you actually use.

A rule-based bot or an AI assistant

A rule-based bot follows a written path: menus and buttons. It behaves predictably and suits booking. An AI assistant understands free wording and suits varied questions, but needs limits and clean sources. Sometimes we combine them: the assistant answers and the bot books.

What is worth automating and what is not

Automate the steps that repeat often and follow a clear rule. A case that needs judgement, empathy or negotiation stays with a person. With you we list the repeated steps, rank them by the time they take, and automate the highest-impact ones first.

How the work starts

  1. A 20-minute call. We map the team’s day and pick out the repeated steps.
  2. A written quote. It sets the scope and timeline.
  3. Writing the paths and answers with you, then testing them in a test environment.
  4. Go-live and monitoring for the first days, adjusting what shows up.
  5. Handover that shows you how to change replies and sources yourself.

The written quote fixes scope and schedule.

Common questions

Does automation replace staff? No. It takes the repeated questions and steps and leaves staff the cases that need judgement.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number? Usually yes, because a number on the WhatsApp Business API cannot also run in the ordinary app at the same time. We discuss your number on the call.

Which service should I start with? If the pain is in messages and bookings, a WhatsApp bot. If the questions vary, the assistant. If the pain is moving data between systems, workflow linking.
