Business visual identity design for a consistent company presence

Business visual identity design can bring the logo, colours, fonts, company profile and social templates into one consistent set. The package details and delivery timeline are confirmed in the written quote.

Business visual identity design: what the service covers

A logo in one colour on the website and another on the invoice. A font in the presentation that does not match the sign. Posts designed by a different person each time. Customers do not say “this identity is inconsistent.” They simply think: are these people serious?

An organised brand identity fixes that. When your customer meets your name anywhere, they know it is the same company, and they trust it more.

What you receive

  • The logo. We present several concepts and you choose one, whose details we then refine with you. We deliver it in print and screen formats, horizontal and stacked, in one colour, and for dark and light backgrounds.
  • Colours. Primary and secondary colours with their codes for print and screen.
  • Fonts. Two or three typefaces for Arabic and English, with rules for headings and body text.
  • Usage rules. Minimum logo size, clear space around it, and what must never be done to it.
  • A company profile. Who you are, your services and your projects. See company profile design.
  • Social media templates. Layouts for posts, stories and a cover image, with text you can edit yourself.
  • Stationery on request. Cards, letterhead, envelopes and a stamp, if included in the scope. For boxes and labels, see packaging design.

How we reach the logo

  1. A call and a short questionnaire. What your company does, who your customer is, what sets you apart, and which colours and shapes you like or avoid.
  2. Research. We look at your competitors’ logos to avoid resemblance, and at your audience’s taste.
  3. Several concepts. We show different directions drawn clearly, not stock examples, and you pick the closest.
  4. Refining the chosen direction. We adjust shape, detail and sizes with you.
  5. Building the identity. Colours, fonts, templates and profile.
  6. Handover. Organised files and usage rules.

An example from our work: QEM Holding

Our work with QEM Holding began with an identity: we presented 50 logo concepts, the client reached the final mark from them, and then came the stationery. After that we built a bilingual platform linking Egyptian companies with opportunities in Qatar. That is why we deliver identities that work on screen and in print together.

Identity and your website

Your identity carries into your website, store and ads. If you are building a new site, it is cheaper in effort to start with the identity and then design the website on it, so the site is not designed twice. For the company’s continuing posts, see graphic design.

What we need from you

  • The company name in Arabic and English, and any old logo.
  • A short description of the business and its audience.
  • Examples of identities you like and ones you do not, even from other trades.
  • Who approves the final decision. Several approvers lengthen the schedule.

How to judge a logo before you approve it

  • Shrink it. Does it read at phone-icon size and in a round profile picture?
  • Turn it to one colour. Is it still clear in black and white, as on a stamp or a printed invoice?
  • Put it on dark and light backgrounds. Does it keep its clarity?
  • Set it beside your competitors’ logos. Can you tell it apart?
  • Write your name in Arabic beside it. Does it sit well with the English form, or does one overpower the other?

We put these tests in front of you when we present the concepts, so your decision rests on real use, not taste alone.

Identity in Arabic and English

Most of the companies we serve need their name in two languages. We design the logo in two balanced forms and choose Arabic and English typefaces of matching weight, so neither name looks larger or weaker than the other.

Who this suits

  • A new company that needs an identity before the website and ads launch.
  • An older company whose logo does not work on screens or no longer looks like it.
  • A store launching a brand that needs packaging, cards and templates.
  • A group bringing several companies under one name.

The written quote

The written quote sets the number of logo concepts, the revision rounds, the delivered files and the timeline. The basic logo and identity package takes 10 days.
