Email campaigns for customers based on your audience and offer
Email campaigns for customers can combine consent-based audience segments with newsletters or automated messages. We agree campaign content and mailing-platform settings, including sender-domain authentication where required.
Email campaigns for customers: what the service covers
Each time you pay for an ad, a new person sees your store. Someone who joined your list has given you permission to talk to them. One message on a sale day brings back people who hesitated, without paying for another ad. Email is also a channel you own: no algorithm changes it and no account closure takes your audience away.
But poor email hurts you: messages with no plan, a bought list, or mail that lands in spam, which damages your domain’s reputation.
What we do
Building the list with consent
We place sign-up forms on your site, store, checkout and landing pages, with wording that says what the subscriber will get and how often. We require clear consent, we do not buy lists and we add nobody without permission, since that harms domain reputation and may break the law where you operate. Every email carries a clear unsubscribe link.
Segmenting the list
A customer who bought a month ago is not the same as someone who left an address and never purchased. We segment by interest, past purchases, city and trade, so each group receives a message that fits.
Automated flows
Sequences that run on their own every day:
- Welcome for a new subscriber, introducing you and giving a reason to take a first step.
- Abandoned cart reminding someone who left products behind and asking if something went wrong. For stores it is one of the most useful automated emails.
- After purchase: thanks, tracking, a review request and a matching product.
- Win-back for those who have not bought in a while.
- Appointment reminders for clinics and service centres.
Newsletters and campaigns
Seasonal offers, new products, helpful articles and company news. We write the message and design a template in your identity that reads well on a phone, where most people open email. See content writing and graphic design.
Reaching the inbox
A good message is useless if it lands in spam. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records in your domain settings, which tell mail providers the message comes from you. We send from your domain, not a free mailbox, and watch bounce and complaint rates. If your business email is on our server, the setup is done under hosting.
The platforms
We pick the platform by list size and your tools: Mailchimp, Brevo or Klaviyo for stores, Odoo’s mass mailing if you run Odoo, Zoho Campaigns, or others. If your store is on Salla, Zid or Shopify, some offer email tools and links to sending platforms. Features, limits and subscription costs of platforms change, and you pay the platform’s subscription directly, outside our quote.
Measurement
We look at opens, but clicks and then orders matter more. We attribute sales to the campaign with UTM tags and GA4 events, so you learn how much the abandoned-cart email sold and how much the seasonal newsletter did. A monthly summary shows unsubscribe rate, list growth and the best messages. See reporting and conversion tracking.
What we do not promise
We promise no open rate and no sales. Results depend on your list quality, your offer and your price. We refuse to send to bought lists or to people who have not consented.
Project steps
- A call. The customers and emails you have and what you want to sell.
- A written quote that sets the scope and timeline.
- Prepare the platform and domain. The account and the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
- Build the list and forms, importing only subscribers who consented.
- Template and automated flows, with a test send to your own mailbox.
- The first campaign and a report on its results and what we change.
What we need from you
The list of customers who consented, with the date if you have it, access to your domain and sending platform, your identity and product photos, and your planned offers for the coming months.
What you receive
A ready sending account, templates in your identity, welcome, abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows, sign-up forms on your site, a report on the first campaign, and a video showing how to send a newsletter yourself.
Packages and the written quote
We review what you need, then send a written quote that sets the scope, timeline and deliverables. The written quote fixes the scope and the timeline, and we start after you approve it.
Frequently asked questions
We strongly advise against it. Messages to people who did not consent are marked as spam, which damages your domain reputation and sends your good emails to junk. It may also break the law where you are. We build your list from your real customers and visitors.
It depends on your business and audience. We start with two or three, measure unsubscribes and clicks, then raise or lower the number.
There are several reasons: missing SPF and DKIM, sending from a free mailbox, a poor list, or exaggerated subject lines. We check them and fix them.
Yes: appointment reminders, educational newsletters, and follow-up with someone who asked for a quote and has not decided.
Business email on your domain is part of hosting on our server. See hosting.
Bring back past customers instead of paying to meet new ones
Send the size of your current list and your business, and we reply with a written quote that sets the scope and timeline.
