Using this website and discussing a project with PROIDEA Egypt.
Website enquiries
You can use this website to read about services and send an inquiry. The form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, service, country and message. You can also follow the WhatsApp link or call us. An inquiry starts a discussion about the work you need.
Agreeing the work
Our process begins with a 20-minute call and a written quote that sets the scope and timeline. The project scope and duration belong in that quote. Read the project process before discussing a website build.
For website projects, you approve desktop and mobile design before coding. You then check the build on a staging link before it moves to your domain. Handover includes a file and training videos for your team, with support.
Payment terms
Standard project payment terms are 50% at the start and 50% before go-live. For Iraq, Libya and Syria, payment is 100% upfront by official transfer. Discuss the project and its written quote before making arrangements to start.
Site analytics
We have not installed analytics tools on the website yet. The privacy policy describes the inquiry fields and cookies, and will list analytics tools when we add them.
